Strawberry Jelly Recipe

1 lb fresh strawberries

11/2 cups granulated sugar

2 Tbs lemon juice (I doubled this!)

Wash and slice the strawberries

Add to pot with sugar over medium heat until it comes to a boil

Add lemon juice

Boil for 15 minutes

Skim off foam

Pour into jar, let cool, & refrigerate
