need some advice on my quarter life crisis

Just taking this platform as my avenue for self reflection because idk whr else to reflect without being judged:”)

so as a year 4 student who is graduating in less than a year, i realised i dont have my life together yet unlike my peers and i found myself in a downward spiral with self comparison, demoralisation, stress, uselessness and feeling unhappy with myself overall.

One of the things im still not able to do till this day is EAT ALONE IN SCHOOL. This might not seem like a big problem but for me when I cant find friends to eat with, often times i rather skip the whole meal instead which is bad for my health (Might explain why im always sick). I legit cant seem to bring myself to sit alone and eat a meal even tho i do see alot of people in sch doing that is it just me😭

also my fyp year has been rather stressful instead of enjoyable. The constant stress to get lab results to present to my prof makes me dread going to lab. It also doesnt help that my partner is taking a completely different course and well he cant relate to my struggles🥲 (i also get really annoyed when people say “bio is so easy, just memorise only” and the only thing they know is “mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell..” like bfr rn.)

also ever since my fyp, i realised that my passion/interest actually lies in content creation on social media and ive been looking at doing a career switch when i graduate. However this process is really not easy because who would want to hire me with no credited background to work for them🙂 and even if they do the pay is like miserable which makes me wonder if i should do it for the experience over money😔 (tough choice)

Also going on exchange is dangerous!!!!! Because ever since ive been there and experienced way of life there, coming back to sg was HELL. I will always reminisce about the carefree days and how europeans really enjoy life:) life is more than just grades but in sg thats not the case..

Would really love to hear your opinions about navigating life and any helpful advices you can give to someone as lost as me😌 thanku!! <33
