My bf has been eager to try Japanese fusion cuisine for a while now so I bring him to here☺️

Upon entering, the restaurant's interior resembled an icy cave, adorned with seashells🐚

The food here is different from typical Japanese restaurants; it's more creative🤤 For instance, the maze soba is seasoned with scallion oil, combining Chinese and Japanese flavors.

Their sashimi is incredibly fresh; the salmon sashimi melts in your mouth, with a dense texture😍 The octopus and surf clam have a delightful chewiness.

The salmon gyoza is also quite special, bursting with flavor unlike the usual pork filling.

The owner also pays attention to drinks, like the Katawaredoki, inspired by "Your Name," which makes a crackling sound as the ice melts.
