BRASSERIE LES SAVEUR - FRENCH RESTAURANT IN TOWN ✨

After spending two weeks finding a special place to celebrate my partner, I finally discovered this restaurant named "brasserie les saveurs." We had a good experience there, and I want to share it with you guys today.

Brasserie Les Saveurs, the destination dining establishment of The St. Regis Singapore, offers the finest of classic French cuisine. The St. Regis master chefs specially curate menus to give diners an unforgettable experience with every dish's evolving nuances and flavors.

The establishment seats up to 90 guests, with two private dining alcoves to offer guests exclusivity for the ultimate refinement. The glittering enormous three hand-cut crystal chandeliers and beautifully arranged floral decorations create a distinctive class of opulence and a decadent setting for a remarkable culinary journey.

The term brasserie is French for "brewery," from Middle French brasser, "to brew," from Old French brazier, from Vulgar Latin brassiere, of Celtic origin. Its first usage in English was in 1864.

The most thing that impressed me was the decoration; there were fancy and luxurious, with magnificent and huge chandeliers as a highlight of the restaurant. The interior here is very neatly arranged and genuine, with sofas and tables that are elegant. The space here is quite quiet, suitable for couples dating and celebrating anniversaries.

You also can come here for high tea or a buffet in the afternoon.

What did I order?

✨ Salade du Potager: Good starter with one bowl of salad, made with Green Salad, Vegetables Slices, Feta Cheese, Kalamata Olives, and Walnuts. The vegetables were very fresh, can feel how good the quality was.

✨ Porc Iberic: For the main, I got Pork Loin with Glazed Carrots, Carrot Purée, Orange, and Honey Apple Jus. It was the first time I tried the carrot with the purple color, haha. The pork was very tender and soft; the meat quality just hit differently.

✨ Soupe a l'Oignon: A must try ! We got French soup to share; the soup was very savory, with a sweet taste from the onion.
