Please help 🙏 (urgent)

This is Astro he’s had fleas for a while (2 weeks minimum) and I feel so bad!! My living situation is I live between my parents(divorced) while I finish school. Astro lives at my dad’s I post him more because we have more of a connection.

But He has had fleas for WEEKS and it breaks my heart every time I see one I would pick them off him and get rid of them (krill them) then I’ve tried to give him a bath but do no avail we didn’t think of training him to get used to baths.

I’ve tried we given him pills after the bath he’s only been outside a few times and I really hope they washed his blankets. But since it’s my dads (we’re not that close and recently had a falling out) I’m not over much but I love him and I think their giving up on fixing it and it makes me want to cry I feel so useless in this situation.

Is there anything I can buy to help? At least to help him take baths their mostly on his head. I need all the support tell me anything even if I’ve already said I did because I’ll do it 1000 more times I just need him to be better. I hate seeing him hurting. Also he’s put on WEIGHTT is that okay?? he’s about 2 1/2 and he’s gotten chunky I love it (love them fat cats) but is it stress eating (idk if they can or not) or is it just him growing. I’m so scared please tell me everything you know to help 🙏
