I need help...

I have these white bumps on my nose and mouth and they're really annoying. I have absolutely no idea how to get rid of them. I bought something from ordinary (second slide) and tried it and it did nothing! I'm not sure if I need to do it continuously, which I'll try, but I still need help! please lmk if you have any idea how I can get rid of them!#i need help with the bumps😩 #help #send help
