YOLO food for weight loss meal prep!

It's my 2nd time ordering from them and i really love it! Sharing some experience and benefits of such frozen meal pack. Especially good for those who want to control what they eat and lose weight!

1. **Portion Control**: They come in pre-measured portions, helping to avoid overeating. I always tried to eat 1 packet and not snack anymore!

2. **Calorie Count**: Nutritional information is clearly labeled, making it easier to track calories. See pic 4 for a sample of what the breakdowns are like! I am not a guru at this and mainly focus on calories only haha!

3. **Convenience**: Quick and easy to prepare, defroze and heat 3mins in the microwave and you're ready to have a good and healthy meal!

4. **Variety**: Yolofood offers a range of meal options! I get to choose 10+ packets of different flavours and types! I have tried probably close to 20 of their receipes now and i can say i really like it! Special call out to their fish dishes! Pic 2 hehe
