There are only a few things that are better than a leg day... or maybe none π
This in an at home, beginner friendly workout so get your cute gym fit on and lets get to work! π
Here are a few form tips for each exercise:
π Squats- make them slow and controlled, make sure your back is straight throughout the whole squat
π Goblet Squats- SKIP THESE IF YOU HAVE BAD KNEES. Your back needs to be straight as well. These will make your quads BURN π₯
Lunges- Keep your back straight and make sure to keep the leg that you are stepping on, at a 90degree angle
π Single-Legged Hip Thrust- The leg that you are working should also be kept at a 90degree angle and make sure to SQUEEZE your GLUTES at the TOP
π Donkey kicks- The Glute Finisher π Squeeze your Glutes when at the top and make that last set count, do as many as you can! π₯
Practise makes perfect so get started now so you will see progress sooner rather than later
