Tomato Paste

Grape tomatoes

Stick butter

Garlic

EVOO

Italian seasoning

Cilantro

Green peppers

Red peppers

Roasted chili flakes

Carnation milk

White balsamic vinegar

Ketchup

Pasta Water 🔑

homemade hot sauce (mom made it)

Detailed Steps: always start with the protein so it can mark its territory with all that delicious sauce. I had Shrimp. Then after it’s done cooking, remove and add the holy trinity (onions,peppers,garlic NO CELERY)

Let the vegetables cook down, then I like to add the tomatoes so it’s helps the veggies from burning the pan. Follow w the tomato paste and pasta water and stirrrrrrrrrrrr. Add seasonings and then the carnation milk to cream it up. Now I add all the spicy cheese I have in the fridge: boars head spicy chipotle cheese, spicy Gouda cheese, buffalo wing sauce cheese. Now I throw back the shrimp and add some butter.

Then the pasta and stir that thang in and sprinkle extra cheeses on top never forget the parm. And your DONE! #Lemon8Diary #cooking #food #Recipe

Additional tips/notes: I like to put all the cheese in the fridge crumbled on top of my pasta so it can marry with the sauce and pasta
