A while back, my mom was diagnosed with osteoporosis, which made me realize that I’m probably at higher risk for bone issues too. I often joke that instead of needing fewer calories, I need stronger bones to stay healthy and strong! It may not fit the typical "fitness" post, but bone health is part of my wellness journey, and it deserves attention. πŸ’š

I struggle with fatigue and chronic pain daily, which makes staying active pretty tough. That’s why I focus on ensuring I get the nutrition I need to keep my bones healthy. This is my go-to breakfast: medium eggs, toasted bread, and my trusty Kirkland Calcium Gummies (with vitamin D3 and zinc!). I have this every day to help keep my bones as strong as possible. πŸ₯šπŸž
