💡 HOW TO | Lighting planning for your home

In the BTO package provided by my ID, it is inclusive of 10 free lighting points. Hence, for our case, we paid for 5 lighting points.

🤔💭One thing you might want to re-consider if you would want to have false ceiling is, with false ceiling there’s definitely increase in lighting point cost. If you want to save cost, this is definitely one area to work on!

📝Note on what is considered an additional cost for a lighting point:

✔️ Shifting the original lighting point

✔️ Each down light

✔️ Cove light

✔️ LED point

Sharing the pricing our ID charges us below 👇 for your reference:

👉🏻 $45 per lighting point

👉🏻 $50 for installation of each pendant light

👉🏻 $60 for installation of each ceiling fan

👉🏻 $25 for installation of each LED light strip + driver
