We’ve all done it: All nighters. Sleeping for two hours. The list goes on and on, but one thing’s the same - we all feel terrible the next day.

So, how can we fix this? Follow these five tips and wake up feeling refreshed.

1. Fix your mindset. 🧠 Don’t be lazy! Imagine the warm, cozy sheets in the morning, the sunlight trickling through the windows, with you up and refreshed. THIS WONT HAPPEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE A GOOD MINDSET!!!

2. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. 😴 This is hard. Say you wake up at six, so you have to be asleep by nine, so you have to get ready by eight. This is a big adjustment, so make little adjustments to get there. Use the 30 30 30 method: if you go to sleep at 12am every day, then try going to sleep at 11:30, and then go to sleep at 11:00 the next day, and so on.

3. Set a downtime schedule.📱Go to settings, screen time, and set a schedule that works for you. Blue light keeps your brain awake, so this will help your brain fall asleep easier!

4. Avoid caffeine in the afternoon. ☕️ JUST DO IT. Caffeine messes up your sleep schedule in so many ways, and it can stay in your system for eight hours. Avoid feeling drowsy with this simple task ♡

5. Have a consistent night routine. 🌚 this includes skincare, brushing your teeth, etc. Start getting ready about an hour before you need to be asleep, so you can take your time! Also, LISTENING TO MUSIC WHILE GETTING READY is the best. 100% recommend.
