This is my 5-9AM Healthy morning routine before my 9-5pm job!
I LOVE living a healthy lifestyle and having an early morning routine has just added on top of that. I never thought I would be a morning person, I'm honestly still surprised myself sometimes!
How I spend my 5-9am morning routine:
1. Coffee - I also often drink water with electrolytes or lemon in it. Sometimes, if I wake up hungry, I'll have a granola bar as well or protein bar.
2. Journaling/writing - I try to write three pages a day.
3. Beach/yoga/staying active - I always start the morning staying active! Even if that means a quick stretching session, whatever feels right for YOUR body.
4. Healthy breakfast - I love eating healthy breakfasts. I usually do a protein breakfast bowl or smoothie.
5. Getting ready for the rest of the day - everything shower, skincare, makeup, and head to work! Sometimes I clean up the house as well.
