I LOVE my 5AM routine! I truly never thought it was possible for me to become a morning person. I used to struggle to wakeup at 10AM, so I can't believe I'm doing 5AM now!

Here are my top tips that helped me do it.

1. Be in bed by 8:30pm.

2. Take some sleepy supplements or make a sleepytime cocktail! This Moon Juice magnesium + L-theanine is my absolute FAVORITE! I use every last drop every time.

3. Have a clean and motivating environment so that you wake up energized and ready to tackle anything you have awaiting you that day.

4. Make sure you finish your skincare by 8:00pm so that you're truly ready for bed.

5. Take a shower as soon as you wake up. It helps a lot!

6. Have something fun planned the next morning! I like planning beach yoga, meditation, or just grabbing an acai bowl and getting an early start to my day.

Remember that there is an adjustment period and these things take time! You got this.
