Alani Protein Shakes

These look new, surprisingly cheap only 1.48 each. 20G of protein and only 140 calories. Also low carb 9g good for diabetics. I was going to try to freeze these and blend them in a ninja and eat it like ice cream. I don’t like meal replacements i rather just eat but this is a good way to get protein if they’re tasty (idk yet). #alani #protienshake #healthylifestyle
