why i deactivated my instagram…

i am way too dependent on that app 😣i been addicted to it since i got a touchscreen phone & i honestly just post such random things… yes i know, it’s my page i do what i want but, i just don’t like my posting habits nor my scrolling habits!😐

i will literally wake up and the first thing i do is go on instagram and i really hate that for me, i even opened the app today with my hair page and that’s why i ended up putting a 1 minute limit on it so i can only use it one minute a day but my main page and my spam are still deactivated until further notice☝️👩‍🏫

another big reason i decided this was best for me is because i started watching my bfs page last night and i ended ups staying awake until 4am just looking for idk what & that really bothers me🤮yes i love him but i don’t want to be all invested like that and if i have to deactivate ig and just focus on other things i’ll do that bc that’s unhealthy and disgusting but anyway i hope u liked my rant and if u read all the way to this part ur kinda my bestie now lol💕💕
