Ingredients:
½ cup melted coconut oil or butter
¾ cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract or paste
1¾ cups almond flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup protein powder
¾ cup chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine melted coconut oil (or butter) with coconut sugar (or brown sugar) until smooth.
Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
Stir in almond flour, salt, baking soda, and protein powder until just mixed.
Gently fold in the chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips.
Transfer the mixture to a greased skillet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
