my top 3 boulder shoulder exercises...
1. SHOULDER PRESS OR VARIATIONS
VARIATIONS:
DB shoulder press
BB shoulder press
incline DB press
Landmine press
2. DB ARNOLD PRESS
TIP:
Seated exercises for the upper body isolate the upper body muscles more so than standing exercises. That is why I recommend shoulder exercises be seated or kneeling because this isolates the shoulder muscles causing more engagement and ultimately more muscle hypertrophy.
3. INCLINE REAR DELT RAISES
TIP:
Keep your pinky’s up towards to the ceiling, this will help you keep tension in rear delt. Take a pause at the full range of motion (when dumbbells are at the peak) and slow the weight back to resting position. You will definitely feel the burn this way. You are welcome :)
