Breakfast: Protein oats. Instead of PEScience, I used Ghost cinnamon roll protein cause I hated it as a protein shake and didn’t want to waste 40$. It’s not half bad to put in your oatmeal.
Lunch: Pulled Pork from Good Chop or Butcher Box. Forgot which one. 😅
Snack: Protein Chocolate Chip Cookie Lava Cake. Recipe is theflexibledietinglifestyle on Instagram.
Dinner was a slow cooker Salsa Verde Chicken. I forgot where I got the recipe, but fitslowcookerqueen has a blog that has the same recipe I used, plus she has other amazing slow cooker recipes. I also added jalapeños to mine.
