🌻The previous day I over exceeded my calories by at least 1k with numerous snacks and sweets I usually don’t eat
🌻Today I’m focusing on eating only when I’m actually hungry with chicken being my main source of calories
🌻Of course staying hydrated!
🌻I was very busy at work so I had limited time to eat
🌻I’ve learned to not beat myself up over eating unhealthy or exceeding my calorie limit for my deficit. As long as I’m healthy that’s what matters!
