🥬Ingredients:

flour or potato starch, king oyster mushrooms, eggs

✍️How to do it:

1️⃣ Shred the mushrooms with your hand

2️⃣ beat 2 eggs

3️⃣ mix some flour or potato starch with the beaten eggs

4️⃣ put the mushrooms in and make sure it’s throughly coated

5️⃣ mix with some cooking oil before air fry

6️⃣ Air fry for 15 minutes, 180°C
