You combine the eggs , cottage cheese , spinach over the tortilla with a baking pan that is round so it doesn’t leak on the bottom , I added shredded cheese on top as well as bagel seasoning , put it in the oven at 400 for 15-20 minutes !!
It is such an easy recipe and is perfect for weight loss and protein !! This has about 50 grams of protein and is about 590 calories for the whole pizza !!! I totally recommend this , will definitely be a go too breakfast/ lunch meal when I’m feeling lazy !!
