Cappadocia Itinerary 🇹🇷

I had a trip to Georgia in Sep and decided to make a stop at Cappadocia for 3 days 2 nights.

Day 1

✈️ Arrive in Cappadocia (Transit via Istanbul)

There are 2 airports im Cappadocia and we decided to booked the flight landed at Kayseri airport (ASR) because there are more flight options. Though, it’s further away from Cappadocia.

🏨 Hotel: Pigeon Cave Hotel in Uchisar

🍽️ Restaurant: Centre restaurant (so yummy and service is on point)

Day 2

🎈We planned to go for hot air balloon but because of the bad weather, it was canceled. The balloon company refunded us money

🏰 Attractions: We then decided to explore the town that we stay which is Uchisar. You can stroll around the town on foot and admire the beauty of Pigeon valley.

🍽️ Restaurant for lunch: Milocal restaurant

We were recommended by the lady boss at our hotel and it was so delicious!

🏨 Hotel: We moved to another to hotel in Goreme, Caverna Hotel Premium Caves. The hotel got a good view of Goreme and you can watch hot air balloon from the balcony. The hotel owner was so helpful too he help us book new hot air balloon at the reasonable price.

🌅 Sunset watching: The hotel owner recommended us to walk to the most beautiful sunset point in Goreme. You can just search on Google Sunset Highest view point Goreme.

🍽️ Restaurant for dinner: Seten Restaurant

It was a very famous restaurant which has a rooftop bar beside. It would say it quite overrated. I find the food normal and the service is just bare minimum

Day 3

🎈Hot Air Balloon: We finally got to get on the balloon after the cancellation the day before. It was such a magical moment. And can’t miss experience

☕️ We decided not to do anything much but relax and chill out at a nice cafe called ‘The Patio’

🧞‍♂️We went to the Carpet shop called Galerie Ikman. I paid 15€ to go in and take photo. Each of us has 30 mins to take photo. I think it quite pricy but the photo was worth to pay for.

🏎️ We booked ATV senset tour as we have nothing to do 😂 The tour was fun but it’s so dusty!

🛁 As we already checkout so we don have place to shower. We discovered the place called “Deep Spa Cappadocia” It is basically a Turkish bath. I was blown away by the fact that they literally shower for you like scrub your body and I came out like a brand new person.

✈️ We come to the point to saying good bye to Cappadocia as we have flight to catch to out next destination ‘Georgia’
