Healing After A Break Up 🫶🏽✨

Break ups are NEVER easy, especially when we come out of a toxic/traumatic experience. It can be hard to come back to ourselves…

I actually experienced this myself about 6 months ago, and I’ve learned so much…

Of course it hasn’t been all rainbows and butterflies, it’s actually been more 💩 than anything; however I’ve taken this time to nurture, heal and discover parts of true myself.

The journey isn’t easy, and even still there are times when I feel like I don’t know 100% what I am doing, but I honestly don’t think any of us do...

My break up allowed me to cultivate more self love, to come back to myself, to connect with those I love DEEPLY, and to use my experience to help others on their journey.

I hope that if you’re going through a break up you realize that you are not alone and that even though it seems like the pain is never ending, the pain will eventually subside. You will heal, you will grow and eventually you will learn to love and trust again. It takes time, be patient with yourself.

You’re doing amazing 🫶🏽 I hope you know that.
