If you’re looking for some inspiration for your Christmas menu, here’s what we had for our gathering. Everything was absolutely delicious😋

1) Rosemary Foccacia

2) Oven Roasted Potatoes (cooked in turkey juice!)🥔

3) Brussel Sprouts with bacon 🥓

4) French Onion Soup 🧅

5) Oysters 🦪

6) Garlic Butter Prawns & Scallops 🍤

7) Pork Stew 🥘

8) Turkey stuffed with butter, pistachios and cranberries 🍗

9) Drink: Mimosas (sparkling champagne with orange juice)🍹

So blessed to have such amazing friends who are also such talented cooks! This was definitely a little too much for 10 people, but all the leftover turkey and stew were salvaged. It tastes better the next day😉 have a wonderful Christmas season with your loved ones! It’s definitely a beautiful time of the year.
