Located on the rooftop of Concorde Shopping Centre (just next to Havelock MRT), it is a relaxed and refined rooftop bar and bistro that offers a spectacular panoramic view of Singapore’s skyline. They serve classic European bistro fare, with a modern twist. Their bar opens till 3am and offers a mixology lab of classics and the latest tipple for diners to enjoy signature cocktails in the most beautiful presentation~ I highly recommend cocktail fanatics to give this place a shot, my fav was the Lollipop! 🥰

To start off, I really enjoyed their premium Wagyu Beef Cubes that were stewed to perfect doneness. Every cube was beautifully marbled, and melt in your mouth, bursting with rich umami in a shoyu sake demi-glace and a sous vide egg 🤤

My partner absolutely enjoyed their Roasted Lamb Shank that was roasted to perfection with the perfect crust and retained the natural sweetness of the lamb rack. It was also not too gamey for me coming from someone who is usually not a fan of lamb.

The Black Pepper Gula Melaka Chicken Burger is also another highlight of my meal here! From the juicy sous vide chicken thigh to the soft and fluffy brioche buns to the gula melaka that added a tinge of sweetness, this burger is definitely one to remember.

The Pan Seared Catch (120g) is the perfect dish for those who prefer something light and comforting.

For desserts, I loved their decadent chocolate dish, Duo Chocolate that features duo chocolate quenelles and cocoa sponge on chocolate soil. Chendol lovers can opt for their Chendol Panna Cotta~

Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience here with my partner and they are having a special christmas menu on 24th Dec! 🥰
