Would like to share with you guys a quick and yummy home dinner recipe if you run out of ideas! 😋

INGREDIENTS:

- Teriyaki chicken fillet from Cold Storage

- Shiitake mushrooms

- Brocolli

- Potatoes (best if it is Russet potatoes)

- Garlic, chopped

- Oyster sauce

- Butter, pepper, salt, extra virgin olive oil

STEPS:

1. Cut potatoes, mix with salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil

2. Prepare the vegetables (cut mushroom stalks away, cut brocolli)

3. Line oven tray with baking sheet

4. Lay marinated chicken in the middle

5. Lay potatoes, brocolli, and mushrooms at the sides around the chicken

6. Put butter and pepper on each mushroom

7. Pour oyster sauce and chopped garlic on brocolli

8. Put tray in oven and bake at 220C for 25 mins

TASTE:

The smell is heavenly when you first pull it out of the oven. The chicken fillet will be baked nice, juicy, and tender. The mushrooms, potatoes, and brocolli will all become soft and flavourful.
