5 ingredients Tamagoyaki Recipe!!✨

One of my favourite Japanese Food is Tamagoyaki! Tried my hand at making Tamagoyaki for the first time!

Ingredients required:

4 eggs

1/4 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp mirin

1/4 tsp sugar

salt

oil

Steps:

1. In a box, crack the eggs and mix in the sauce

2. Oil the tamagoyaki pan

3. Pour a layer of egg mixture onto pan at medium heat

4. Carefully roll it to one side

5. Oil the pan with more cooking oil

6. Pour another layer of egg mixture onto pan. Lift up the egg roll so that the egg mixture goes to the bottom of the cooked egg layer too

7. Continue cooking and rolling till the egg roll forms
