Ingredient:
Chicken
1 Egg
1 Pack of instant udon
Sauce ingredient list:
1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/2 tsp of light soy sauce
1 pinch of sugar
Dash of parsley leaves
1 tsp of gochujang sauce (if you like spicy)
Instructions:
1. Boil a pot of water. Submerge egg in boiled water covered (without fire) for 15mins for onsen egg. For more cooked egg like what I have, submerge it for 30 minutes
2. In another boiling hot water pot, cook the instant udon per package instructions
3. Prepare in a mixture bowl the sauces
4. Pan fry chicken till cooked
5 . Add in the sauce mixture
6. Add in the cooked udon
7. Stir and mix them well together
8. Crack the egg and serve over the udon
