WHAT I’VE HEALED FROM 🤎

to name just a handful 🫠

sometimes it feels nearly impossible to explain the person I used to be, the body I used to have, and the life I used to live. my medical files in my younger 20s were out of control & doctors couldn’t believe the laundry list of conditions I had experienced at such a young age. for so long it felt like I was living in a massive tidal wave that I could never catch a breath from.

I turned 30 this past October & had such an immense appreciation for the person I used to be and the body I used to have. this body went through hell and while I no longer identify as someone who is chronically ill, it gave me every tool & every lesson I needed in order to become the healer & mentor I am today.

in the years where you’re supposed to feel your best, I felt my absolute worst. and the years that you’re supposed to be “slowing down,” I’m accelerating in a way I never knew possible.

I hold myself to such a high standard in the coaching/healing space because I wholeheartedly understand how impossible it feels to heal & shift your life at times. you have all the time in the world to change your story if you allow yourself the space to do so 🤍
