🍑Tip: if you are a quad dominant girly, like me, you do not HAVE to do quad isolation exercises to grow your quads. I’ve seen the most growth when I do glute focused exercises where the quads also receive a little bit of love. Like in a Bulgarian Split Squat. Same rule goes for hamstrings!
🍑There are squat movements and there are hinge movements. I like to alternate to create balance.
🍑Compounds first, then isolation!
🍑Train legs 2-3x per week!
🍑Train until failure!
My current fav combo:
• Hip thrusts
• Single-leg leg press
• B-stance RDL
• 45 degree kickbacks
