-leg extension
Quad focused movement
1 second pause at the top of the quad squeeze
4 sets, 12 reps with one drop set till failure
-Bulgarian split squat
Glute and hamstring focus
Knee over ankle
4 sets, 15 reps
-hip thrust
Glute and hamstring focus
Pause and squeeze the glutes at the top, feet wide on the platform
4 sets, 15 reps
