I have been been working on balancing my hormones, so here are some of my favorite breakfasts!

- bagel, egg and fruit

this breakfast is perfect, because it has protein, carbs, and fruit!!!

I buy Dave’s Everything Bagels, and use non dairy cream cheese on top.

for my eggs, I always buy organic, pasture raised eggs. I like to fry them in coconut oil or organic butter!

- avocado toast

this is one of my absolute favorite recipes.

I buy fresh, local sourdough and use organic avocados. I top it with flaky sea salt as well!!

- homemade overnight oats

I absolutely love overnight oats. there are a lot of ingredients you can add to help balance your hormones. I love adding all of the seeds like, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds.

I also love adding bee pollen, fruit, and Purely Elizabeth granola on top!

ingredients:

- organic rolled oats

- no additive oat milk

- chia seeds

- vanilla protein powder

- peanut butter

combine all of your ingredients into a mason jar and mix well. store in the fridge overnight. top with your favorite toppings!
