My favorite way to use all the tomatoes I grow is to make a quick and easy salsa! It’s perfect for a snack or to add to your meals.

My super simple salsa 🍅🌶️

**Ingredients:**

- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced

- 1 small red onion, finely chopped

- a spoonfull of pickled or fresh jalapeño, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- 1 lime, juiced

- Salt and pepper to taste

**Recipe:**

1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients.

2. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld & enjoy with chips or add to your dish!
