If you can follow a routine similar to this, you can get in the habit of becoming a 5AM girly like me.
At first it was a challenge, because I was usually waking up at 6AM - 6:30 for about a year. Once I decided I wanted to start getting up at 5AM again. I just took action, made a productive routine that couldn't let me down & I stick with it.
