I love Weekly reset habits. I have an amazing routine down that I love and I do it every week!

Sundays & Mondays are my favorite days to do full resets. Obviously you choose what days are best for you!

So I love to plan & set my goals for the week ahead. I have started to do this digitally but you can write it down as well. I organize what I need to do for the week for week & my personal tasks I need complete. This way I don't forget & it feels good to check them off when i am done.

I also like to do my weekly devotions. I actually do this daily if I have the extra time. I look up New scriptures in the bible and write out what I think it means to me. I have a document that I use that already has the scripture written out so it makes it easy for me. This keeps me in the word of the bible.

As I am a lifestyle & wellness content creator I try to always have my nails done. As I use to pay hundreds of dollars to go get them done, now I just use press on nails so its affordable and convenient.

I always love keeping fresh flowers in my home & In my space. This is something I normally pick up on Sunday when I also do my grocery shopping. This way I have fresh flowers in my home for the upcoming week.

I usually do my grocery shopping as I stated above on Sundays. This way I can meal prep anything that needs to be meal prepped & I can plan out my healthy meals for the week. I like to make sure I have all the ingredients I need for the week for my meals.

AND of course movement & getting some kind of workout in. This is something I also work on doing not just weekly but daily. You should be moving your body at least for 30 mins+ per day. I would recommend 1 hour if you can.
