Ingredients:

Directions:
1. Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy πΆ.
Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms π.
Knead for 5-7 minutes, then let it rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size β³.
2. Shape the Dough:
Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) π₯.
Grease a deep-dish pan with olive oil. Roll the dough and press it into the pan, forming a thick crust around the edges π.
3. Layer the Pizza:
Start with the cheese! Spread a generous layer of shredded mozzarella on the bottom π§.
