🧘 Habit 1: Everyday make my bed!

🧘 How It Helps Me: Helps start out the day with some organization. & A messy med tends to lead to a messy day.

🧘 Habit 2: Clean my appt - Fold & Put up the laundry. Vacuum & Mop - Etc.

🧘 How It Helps Me: Sort thru my racings thoughts - basically slows down my brain long enough to live in the present .

🧘 Habit 3: Every night b4 I lay myself down to sleep. SHOWERRRRR!
