The older we get, the less cognitive function or memory we have. #AtMyAge I want to share how I train my brain in my early morning routine!
1. Have a good morning sip☕️
Start your day with a refreshing drink, such as water, herbal tea or a smoothie. Mine is green tea lover in the morning!
2. Have a "healthy snack"
Enjoy a small, healthy snack like raisins to boost our energy and provide nutrients. My fav ones always raisins!!
3. Have a good puzzle game
Engage in a mentally stimulating activity like Sudoku, writing an essay or diary, start with journaling and many more in order to sharpen our mind and improve cognitive function.
