Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F
2. Cook Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and Julio’s to taste.
3. Make Sauce: mix ½ cup enchilada seasoning with 2.5 cups water. (I don’t measure I just dump and taste to my liking but this measurement is from the bottle of seasoning)
4. Prepare Tortillas: Heat oil in a pan and briefly cook each tortilla until pliable. Drain on paper towels.
5. Assemble Enchiladas: Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef and cheese, roll them up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
6. Add Sauce and Bake: Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with more cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
