This cookie recipe is delish & so easy...something that I am always looking for as my evening dessert. I never want something that takes a lot of time to make or is made in large batches (because I'd rather have it fresh every-time). That's why I love a good single-serving cookie that is full of anti-inflammatory and healthy ingredients that won't make you feel sick.
Here's how you can make the double chocolate-chunk air-fryer cookie...
What you need:
- 3 tbs unbleached flour (always use unbleached)
- 2 tbs coco powder
- 2 tbs dark chocolate chips - I use Nestle's allergen-free kind.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut sugar (if not topping with ice-cream)
Instructions:
1. separate your egg yolk from the egg whites (you will only use the egg whites)
2. put all ingredients in a bowl - including the egg whites
3. stir, then add in chocolate chips
4. place on parchment paper
5. air-fry at 400-degrees for 4-minutes
6. enjoy!
