Spinach Feta Quiche

Quiche is whatever ingredients and spices you choose. I've seen some recipes that make this dish hard to make, by saying add this, or add that, then set a side and do this or that. Don't make it hard to make.

I scramble my eggs and add all of the ingredients to the scrambled eggs. Pour it into a pie shell that I took a fork and poked holes all around it to keep the crust from rising. I set the quiche on a cookie sheet pan.

I then bake the quiche for about 35 minutes on 350 degrees.

6 eggs

1 pie crust

2 tablespoons chopped onions

½ bunch fresh spinach chopped (about 1 cup chopped)

½ cup cheddar cheese shredded

¼ cup feta cheese crumbles

1 tablespoon butter

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper
