please help!!

i’ve been having so much fallout from when i brush my hair. when i shower which is like 5 times a week, my hair inevitably gets wet, but i don’t shampoo it every time i just always do conditioner to detangle it. i use herbal essences chamomile shampoo and tres emme rich moisture because that’s what my mom buys. i use my own rosemary oil on my ends and roots after showering, i just don’t know why im having a lot of fallout all the time. please recommend products!! (it would also be helpful if someone could tell me my hair type)
