Who’s here has O Blood Type ? Do you know that we can reduce the risk of developing certain disease and achieve good overall health with diet based on blood type ? This method popularized by Peter J. D’Adamo in. 1996. The idea behind it is that your body response to food is directly linked with your blood type.
Blood type diet contains many foods (fruits, vegetables, meats, grains etc). Here are some foods that good for your health :
