Here are the 5 back exercise that i can do at home easily without any weight or equipment. During my daily busy lifestyle, this is the most effective way for me to keep my posture healthy.

1. Back lift

2. Superman

3. Twist

4. Pull downs

5. Butterfly

Usually I will do each for 30 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, then repeat for at least 2 rounds with 2 minutes of rest in between the rounds. This will just take around 8 minutes to complete, even so it will definitely be burning when you concentrate on the squeeze of the muscle 🔥

My back workout routine is at least twice a week, for beginner recommended to start with once a week and at 6 to 8 weeks, you can definitely notice some changes.
