PROTEIN CONFETTI CUPCAKES 🧁 (recipe in caption)

Back with another recipe 🤭 this time it’s PROTEIN CONFETTI CUPCAKES. I can’t even explain how good these were, they were super moist and soft AND filled with protein. If you’re looking for a better alternative for a sweet treat, definitely give these a try! 🧁

RECIPE:

1 box of confetti cake mix

1/2 cup of Kodiak mix

2 scoops vanilla protein powder (About 1/2 cup)

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup almond milk (I eyeballed the almond milk, I think it came out close to a cup but just add until it’s a good consistency)

3 eggs

Bake at 350° 8-10 minutes
