Breakfast Potatoes!!

Recipe:

• Cut up however many potatoes you need

• Heat up a skillet with 2 Tbs butter and 1Tbs oil

• Once the pan is hot, add in potatoes and coat in oil/butter mixture

• Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. (measure with your heart)

• cover and let steam for 3-4 minutes

• take lid off and stir

• continue cooking and flipping till they get nice and crispy.

• top with oregano or parsley

SERVE!!
