One of my favorite dishes and easy to make!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 lbs Flank Steak thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp + 1 Tsp Oil
- 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
- 2 Tsp minced Ginger
- 1 Tsp minced Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 2 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp cornstarch
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Preparation:
I.) Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large frying Pan over medium heat. Add broccoli and cook for approx. 4 mins. or until tender.
2) Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for
30 seconds more.
3) Remove the broccoli from the pan; place on a plate and cover.
4) Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel and turn the heat to high, add remaining oil.
5. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper, add them to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
6. Add the broccoli mixture back to the pan and cook for 2 more minutes or until warmed.
7. In a bowl whisk together the oyster sauce, beef broth, sugar, sesame ail and soy sauce. In a small bowl mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water.
8) Pour the oyster sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli mixture, cook for 30 seconds.
Add the cornstarch and bring to a boil; cook for 1 more minute or until sauce has just started to thicken.
9. serve with Rice if desired
