What does your running look like 🏃‍♂️?

While this is the prototypical running form and a rough guideline, we all have slightly different running forms and that’s ok! Herself anyone has “perfect” form 💫.

But that being said it should still resemble good form, as good form means efficient and fast running. Whether you are running fast or slow there’s no excuses to not maintain this. Just know at slower paces these characteristics are less pronounced as your steps will be shorter 👣!
