Carbonara is my favorite food! Here’s a simple and easy carbonara recipe that you can try at home!
Ingredients:
1 pound spaghetti
1/2 cup pancetta or bacon, diced
Garlic powder
3 eggs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
- In a large pan, cook the pancetta or bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the garlic powder to the pan and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and parmesan cheese.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the egg mixture.
- Cook in low heat and quickly stir in the egg and cheese mixture until the spaghetti is evenly coated.
- Add butter, Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Finally add the bacon, parsley & serve hot!
